Visitors may use the website to learn about Gunny Speaks Out, watch embedded videos, read posts, find events, follow social channels, and contact the creator. Visitors agree not to misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the website, submit spam, or interfere with normal operation.

Content on this website is provided for informational, commentary, community, and creator-brand purposes. Opinions and commentary belong to the author or creator credited with the content.

Content and Links

This website may link to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, merch platforms, donation campaigns, and other third-party websites. Those websites are controlled by their own companies and have their own terms and privacy practices.

Except for Meme Contest submissions licensed under the Meme Contest Terms below, videos, images, logos, written content, and branding should not be copied, republished, or used in a misleading way without permission.

Giveaway Terms

Gunny Speaks Out giveaways are promotional community activities for Gunny viewers and supporters. Unless a specific official rule states otherwise, no purchase, payment, donation, paid membership, merch purchase, subscription, or other consideration is required to enter or win. Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility depends on the rules posted for the specific drawing. Live giveaways may only accept entries while Gunny has the live giveaway window open. Giveaway For All entries may be handled through a website entry form, email confirmation, organizer review, and other anti-duplicate protections. Following, subscribing, watching, liking, commenting, sharing, or taking action on a third-party social platform is appreciated but is not required to enter or win and does not improve odds unless a separate lawful promotion states otherwise.

Entrants must provide accurate entry information. One entry per person is the default for Giveaway For All unless Gunny posts a different entry limit. Duplicate emails, duplicate phone numbers, duplicate handles, temporary or disposable email addresses, automated submissions, fraudulent entries, abusive entries, spam, false identities, rapid repeat submissions, and entries that cannot be verified may be removed before the drawing. The organizer may use reasonable protections such as email verification, cookies, IP-based rate checks, and manual review to protect the integrity of the giveaway.

Winners are selected from eligible entries available at the time of the drawing. The displayed result is subject to final verification. If a selected winner cannot be verified, is ineligible, fails to respond, cannot claim the prize within the stated time, cannot legally receive the prize, or declines the prize, Gunny Speaks Out may select an alternate winner. Giveaway For All prizes can only be shipped within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Potential winners may be contacted by email and may need to complete an online claim form with shipping information. Potential winners must complete the claim form within 72 hours of the winner notification email being sent. If a potential winner does not claim within 72 hours, is outside the eligible shipping area, cannot be verified, is ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot legally receive the prize, Gunny Speaks Out may select an alternate winner.

Gunny Speaks Out may pause, cancel, modify, rerun, or reschedule a giveaway if technical issues, platform outages, audio/video problems, duplicate activity, fraud, eligibility problems, moderation issues, database errors, internet outages, rate limits, or other reasonable issues affect the drawing. Prize details may be changed or substituted with a similar item when reasonably necessary. Taxes, shipping restrictions, address accuracy, and legal eligibility requirements are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, Bluesky, Substack, Google, Apple, and other social or technology platforms are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers, or partners of Gunny Speaks Out giveaways unless expressly stated in writing. By entering, participants release those platforms from responsibility related to the giveaway.

Meme Contest Terms

Gunny Raw Meme Contests are open only to signed-in Gunny Raw subscribers. Each contest may set its own entry limit, start time, closing time, and voting rules. Entries must be submitted as a JPG or PNG image through the Meme Contest submission form and must follow the posted size and file requirements.

By submitting a meme, the subscriber confirms that they created the submission or have all permissions needed to submit and license every image, word, design, likeness, logo, and other element included in it. Submissions may not contain malicious files, private personal information, unlawful material, threats, sexual exploitation, or content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

By checking the required agreement and submitting a meme, the subscriber grants Gunny Raw, Gunny Speaks Out, and the public a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, copy, crop, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, promote, archive, share, and reuse the submitted meme in any media, including websites and social media, without payment or additional permission. The submission may also be copied, shared, modified, and reused by members of the public. The subscriber keeps any rights they lawfully own but remains responsible for material they did not have permission to submit.

Gunny Raw may remove any submission at any time. A subscriber may delete an eligible entry while the contest remains open, subject to the contest rules. Deletion does not cancel or reverse copies, shares, promotions, archives, or other permitted uses that occurred before deletion. Acceptance of these terms may be recorded with the subscriber account, contest, date, time, and terms version.

Meme Contest votes are submitted with the Vote button beneath an eligible meme entry. Each subscriber may have one active vote and may change that vote before voting closes by selecting a different entry. Subscribers cannot vote for their own entry. The highest eligible vote total wins unless a tie or another stated condition requires an administrator to select among the eligible tied entries. Gunny Raw may remove fraudulent votes, abusive activity, ineligible submissions, or attempts to manipulate a contest.

Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated as the website grows, especially if new features such as accounts, newsletters, uploads, payments, or paid memberships are added. Continued use of the website means visitors accept the current version of these terms.
